...because we stopped on railroad tracks and the train hit us. Idiots.

For those of you who don't know the story behind this, a bunch of people were stopped on some railroad tracks in Elmwood Park, IL waiting for a traffic light, and a train came. The train hit the cars because it couldn't slow down in time (it was an express train). So some complete idiot (Christine Barnes) who can't take responsibility for her own mistake is suing Metra. (Insert something about losing faith in humanity here).
